Two decades ago, as I graduated from university, it became apparent to me that I wanted to pursue a career in communication.

My love for the communication industry has increased every minute since then as I
pushed through all the highs and lows to achieve utter excellence and a sense of satisfaction. As I strolled through my professional career, from working in companies to having one of my own now, I was magnetically attracted to different profiles of the communication industry such as Advertising, Creative writing, Client Servicing, Client Leadership, Media Buying & Planning, Corporate Communication, Corporate Training & Coaching, Academic Teaching, and Digital Marketing. My passion for creative communication, in particular, has glommed into me and challenged me to put more effort into artistic expression in the form of writing, art, or speech.

Over my experience of being a part of this industry, I have faced some rejections, acceptances, start-up failures, and successful start-up ventures. But as Anthony Robbins once said, “the only impossible journey is the one you never begin” much like that, every step that I have taken, I’ve done myself proud by gaining the essential experience.

Curating the entire industry experience from Creative to Media and consulting into the technology of today which is AI, Real-time, and Contextual advertising and marketing.

My life After
University

A huge part of my time working in the industry passed in assuring best leaderships for the clients and making an influence in significant and widespread advertising agencies and boutiques. My experience in working with small set-ups has taught me to accept a range of roles, adapt to those roles, and carry them out effectively. Handling different shades of business and functions opened a range of learning dimensions. I applied my understanding of business concepts into laying a foundation for my start-up with an establishment of communication agencies in Mumbai and Dubai in due course.

Client leadership to
media planning & buying

My decision to switch from creative to client servicing to media planning and buying became a significant move in my professional growth in the communication industry. Albeit media planning posed me with challenges, I tackled it with diligence and meticulous learning. I was motivated along the way by wonderful and inspiring leaders in brand communication that I have had an opportunity to work with as colleagues. I always looked up to them, and it propelled me to strive forward and give my very best in the buying role for media planning. The experience and expertise I had gained in the range of roles gave me an unparalleled feeling, so I decided to dive into the role of strategic Media Planner. My notable and exciting days were the ones when I had the honor of working with powerful brands such as Ford, Chevron, General Mills, and Land Rover-Jaguar.
I had the positive pleasure of working with Media Edge (now WaveMaker), a part of GroupM which is the world’s largest communication network. The exposure provided by MEC was exceptional and made an essential mark rather than a breakout in my unprecedented career growth by setting the scene for my walk to the next part of my journey.

secured job to start's up

My daring decision to move on after quitting my job was frightening, but something inside of me was excited at the same time. A tingly feeling started telling me that it was time to release my dream of rising as a visionary innovator to anticipate the needs of the market. I was aware that I needed to step out of my comfort zone to grow, become stronger, and take the challenges head-on.

TechnoNative my first Start-up Venture

With the inception of my expedition, I collaborated and formulated a small team focused on taking charge of IT tech and product space. Our start-up TECHNOVATIVES was an independent venture. We primarily deal with content management, SEO management, and digital aspects for our clients who handle website design to aid in bringing the best results.

In my journey ahead, I formulated a small team for focusing mainly on the IT technology.

Our start-up, TechoNative, an independent venture, deals mainly with SEO management, Website Designing, Content Management, and Digital Marketing. We deal with several clients from Insurance to E-commerce sector.

In just a year running this venture, it opened up a world of exposure to AI and real-time contextual marketing and advertising in the media tech industry. Technologies like AI eventually helped us in a lot of industries. For instance, it upgraded our approach to transaction and decision making while shopping. In addition to that, a new opportunity knocked on my door as I got to set up a Media Tech Representation of a disruptive Media Technology product powered with AI and Machine Learning in the Middle East.

It was challenging, but I overcame all of it with my endurance and patience. In the interim, I earnestly look forward to the next part of my life’s journey.

With my dedicated team, we are strategically planning on how to formulate these disruptive technologies in the Middle East. Being local and understanding the Middle Eastern people is a clear advantage for us. Hence our implementation is more trustworthy than the mammoth western companies trying to penetrate in Middle east market. We are going to implement our learning from the west to help our local people with a better understanding of our people.

Every visionary innovator, who tends to bring about his or her covet intent, needs an ideal procedure and endeavour towards his or her idea.A decent way of thinking and procuring towards the idea is termed as Strategic thinking. Any idea or model before implementation needs a deep understanding and planning. Especially when it concerns a business model or any venture then it an essential to have application and genesis of opportunities and unique business insights, these strategies bring a vital competitive dominance towards the business. The very fundamental prerequisite towards strategic thinking is a focused vision towards the idea. Having an appropriate vision boosts confidence and makes the journey smooth. Building an idea to stand strong needs all these things, even if one of these is ignored, then we might lead to failures in our venture.
